This luxury modern two bedroom apartment is set on the third floor of Royal Cliff Apartments, which demands the perfect position for its breathtaking views across Sandown Bay and over to the white cliffs of Culver.

You can watch the world go by from your private balcony. Easy access to the beach from the cliff path, where you can visit Sandown Beach with its Sandy Shores or if you fancy more of a stroll, you can head to Yaverland Beach, popular for watersports.

The Open Plan, Living/Dining/Kitchen Area offers stunning views out to sea.

The Lounge Area has a widescreen TV with two sofas for your comfort and a choice of view. There is Wi-fi for your enjoyment.

There is a dining table and 4 chairs.

There is a modern fully equipped kitchen, with Corian worktops, where you can enjoy sea views whilst preparing food at the breakfast bar. It offers a microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer & electric fan assisted oven and grill.

At the end of the day, you can enjoy a refreshing shower in the en-suite wet room, off the main bedroom offering a super king size bed. There is a widescreen TV for you to enjoy from the comfort of your bed. Juliet balcony.

There is a twin bedroom, with its own TV. The bed can be made as a Superking, giving further flexibility to this accommodation. Juliet balcony.

The Family Bathroom is the perfect place to relax at the end of the day with its double ended bath, it doesn't get much better than this.

The property has communal gardens with a private gated access onto the cliff path. The views in each direction offer different breath-taking landscapes. Its the perfect place for anyone wanting to stay active during their holiday to enjoy a run along the cliff top or a leisurely walk into Shanklin, with access at various points to the sandy beaches and promenade below.

Main bathroom: bathroom, toilet and wash basin

Private underground parking and additional visitor spaces within the gated entrance

ADDITIONAL:

PLEASE NOTE: a pre-authorised, refundable, security deposit will be required a week before arrival at the property. No money is taken unless damage is reported at the property within 14 days of departure.

Please be advised access to this 3rd floor apartment is via stairs or lift.

Arrival time: 16.00 onwards / Departure time: 10:00a.m.

There is a strict no smoking policy.

Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels as necessary.

Bookings for hen and stag parties are not accepted.

Kindly be respectful of the property and the neighbours during your stay; leaving the property as you found it on your arrival.

A breach of the rules and guidelines could mean forfeiture of the Security Deposit.

Location

Sandown Town offers lots of eateries, restaurants and pubs if you fancy a bite to eat. There is the local Zoo, Dinosaur Isle, Sandown Pier, Crazy Golf and Browns Golf Course all within walking distance of this apartment. Brading Roman Villa and Adgestone Vineyard are within a short drive away.

As a family with a 12 and 7 year old we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Sandy Shores. The apartment was perfect! Very spacious, clean and had everything we need, the view out to sea was absolutely glorious. Parking was great, plenty of space and easy access to the lift from the car park. The beach was a short walk down a fairly steep hill via a private gate from the apartment gardens, probably 10/15 minutes’ walk could get you to the pier. The opposite way also takes you along the costal path to Lake and Shanklin. The Island Holiday company were great, from booking the ferry to providing and confirming the access instructions just before our stay. Would highly recommend both the apartment and company, we looking forward to visiting again.

We had a lovely 6 nights at Sandy Shores. The views from the lounge are amazing! I loved preparing our meals watching out to sea from the kitchen and it’s a bonus when you can watch the sea and TV at the same time. The apartment is exceptionally clean and comfortable and the location is great being able to see across to and walk into both Sandown and Shanklin. The rooms are so much larger than expected and we loved staying here. The under cover parking was also a bonus. Access was a little confusing as we have never encountered a key code on a door handle before and were looking for a key box, but the lady on the phone was extremely helpful.

We had an amazing couple of nights at Sandy Shores. Everything was incredibly clean. Directions very easy to find and we loved the location being right by the beachfront. The open plan kitchen/diner/lounge was great. Cooking dinner, and preparing food on holiday is much more bearable when you can see the sea! I’m sure we will definitely be back, thanks for a great stay.
