This bright and well-appointed property is a perfect base whilst staying on the Isle of Wight. Alexandra Gardens is a sought-after private road of only 8 grand villas, located only a few minutes’ walk through the beautiful Cascade Gardens to the seafront with restaurants, bars and don’t forget the beautiful scenery.
Located only a few minutes in the opposite direction is Ventnor High Street with supermarkets for essentials and locally owned shops for your holiday souvenirs.

With an open plan kitchen, living and dining area, there is adequate space for everyone to relax whilst enjoying the views Alexandra has to offer.

There is a shower room with hand basin and a separate WC with a stunning sea shell hand basin. There are 2 tastefully decorated double bedrooms.

Open plan kitchen diner and lounge: electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, TV/DVD player, sofas, coffee table, dining table and chairs, with sea views
Bedroom 1: double bed, beside cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawers and sea views
Bedroom 2: double bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe and dressing table
Shower room: electric shower and hand basin
WC: toilet and wash basin


PLEASE NOTE: a pre-authorised, refundable, security deposit will be required a week before arrival at the property. No money is taken unless damage is reported at the property within 14 days of departure.

This property can accept a maximum of 1 dog. The charge is £35 per dog, per week and we kindly ask that you bring your own dog bedding. Please ensure that you correctly add your pet when making your booking, so this additional cost is included. If it becomes apparent that you have brought a pet with you but did not advise us, we will contact you to request payment separately.

Arrival time: 16.00 onwards / Departure time: 10:00a.m.

There is a strict no smoking policy.

Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels as necessary.

Bookings for hen and stag parties are not accepted.

Kindly be respectful of the property and the neighbours during your stay; leaving the property as you found it on your arrival.

A breach of the rules and guidelines could mean forfeiture of the Security Deposit.

Ventnor is a traditional Victorian seaside town, which has a fabulous range of boutique shops and fine eateries, Ventnor is renowned for its golden beach and bustling arts scene with the Isle of Wight’s award-winning Ventnor Fringe Festival that takes place every summer, and the Ventnor Botanical Gardens which has over 23 acres of wide-open spaces containing rare, subtropical plants and trees which flourish in the unique microclimate enjoyed on the south coast of the island. Just a short drive from the property are the bustling seaside towns of Shanklin and Sandown, providing miles of glorious sandy beaches and entertainment for the whole family.

Flat was clean and tidy with everything you need for a stay. Easy to enter with information sent by email. This is the second time staying in this flat and been happy on both times and will book again when next over.

Had a lovely time. The flat is very comfortable and has a lot of nice touches to make it feel like you are at home. It is very convenient to everything, beach walks, cafes, bus, groceries. It has everything you need to have a very enjoyable stay.
