Relax in the bright lounge featuring a bay window with lovely sea views. The lounge area has comfortable seating, smart tv and a handy alexa device.
The very well equipped kitchen offers dining space for 4 guests benefits from an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, integrated fridge freezer, toaster, microwave and a Bosch coffee machine which uses Tassimo pods.
For convenience a utility cupboard houses a washer/dryer.
Wake up to sea views in the spacious, double-aspect master bedroom. Featuring a comfortable double bed, bedside drawers with lamps, a chest of drawers and wardrobe.
Across the hall is the family bathroom with a rainfall shower over bath, wc, heated towel rail and hand basin.
Perfect for families or friends, the twin bedroom has beds that can be combined into a super king (on request at least 7 days prior to arrival), this room has ample storage including bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.
Parking under ground for 1 car, access to the main building can be via a lift.
EV charging is available at an additional charge of £40.

Great shower and comfy beds . practically everything you could wish of had been taken care of . Lovely light rooms with bonus of an outside seating area . There was a good level of equipment in the kitchen, a comfortable sofa, a practical dining table, TV and internet, and excellent heaters in the flat as we had some chilly nights for the time of year. There was also quick service from the owner to repair the front door lock and from Rebecca at Wight Holiday Lettings with help on the shower. On Arrival, there was a very comprehensive guide folder for the flat and the area. Ventnor is a lovely town with great restaurants and pubs. late-night supermarkets. lots of character. The town is built on a steep hill and the flat is on the town level with a short walk down to the beach, a bit of a steep hill on the way back but with great views.
The weather was not the best, but who can tell what one week in June is actually going to be like. There was a bit of wind around the building because of the location, but on fine days you would not have this issue. |
