Guests can choose to pay a non-refundable damage waiver (£100)provide a pre-authorised security deposit (£500) before check-in. (The deposit is only charged if damage is reported within 7 days after departure.)

Pets: Up to 1 well-behaved dogs are welcome (£35 per pet, per week). Please bring your own pet bedding and add pets at booking so the fee is included. If undeclared pets are discovered, the fee will be requested separately.

Electric Vehicles: No on-site charger use of mains electric for car charging is prohibited. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged, additional costs may apply.

No smoking / vaping indoors.
Linens and towels provided (please bring beach towels and cot linen).
