Set on the 2nd floor of the building but with level access from the parking area, the apartment has a small balcony in which to sit and enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of something chilled!!

The Edwardian resort of Seaview renowned for its annual regatta is a delightful destination for those seeking a quintessential English coastal experience. With a range of excellent dining options, including restaurants, pubs, and cafes, you'll enjoy stunning views, local seafood, and wine as you unwind by the sea. The village’s quiet beach is perfect for water sports like sailing, windsurfing, and paddling, while the yacht club adds to the vibrant summer atmosphere. The accommodation is accessed from the parking area and across a bridge with steps. The lounge provides a comfortable place to unwind and has a pleasant balcony with side sea view. A kitchenette offers the perfect space for creating a culinary delight to enjoy either on the balcony or at the dining table. A light and airy bedroom is a restful haven with an ensuite shower room. There is also a handy cloakroom featuring an macerator wc for convenience.
