Location is superb. So close to the centre of Ryde and yet tucked away up a driveway within beautiful and calm garden surroundings. Very clean and tidy inside with good use of space and with a feeling of quality and class in the furnishing and accesssee more

Ensuite is spacious and the shower is a good size. Comfortable bed and good wardrobe space. Sash windows and shutters gave a lovely period feel. The usual great customer service from The Island Holiday Company made the stay relatively problem free

The unseasonal weather meant it was a little cold and other than a plug in portable radiator, the heating did not seem to come on and the instructions in the Welcome Folder were wrong (I.e. it was not thermostat controlled as implied by the instructions). The door release didn't work but only discovered that on the last day. Other than the WiFi these were not raised with the company but I imagine if I had they would have been resolved as I have found them responsive in the past
