Perched in an elevated position in Luccombe (near Shanklin), Luccombe Chine House is a rare coastal sanctuary set within 6.5 acres of private grounds. Originally dating back to the 17th century, this historic country house offers panoramic sea views across the English Channel.
The grounds feature a private chine running directly through the estate down toward the coast. Adding to the magic, the surrounding gardens feature whimsical nods to The Chronicles of Narnia—as you wander through the grounds, keep an eye out for hidden touches, including iconic lamp posts tucked among the trees!
