Arranged over three floors this stylish and spacious town house is dog friendly and has been thoughtfully set up by the current owners to comfortably sleep eight guests across its three bedrooms and snug.

As you enter the house on the ground floor you are welcomed in with a beautifully tiled floor hallway, the snug room is at the front of the property on your left, with a double sofa bed. Leading on, passing the stairs is the main central living space which is bright and open plan and features a large bespoke corner sofa and Smart TV the room naturally flows onto an impressive and beautifully bright kitchen/diner with feature skylight & tri-fold doors that continue out to the multi-tiered, enclosed rear garden, offering a paved patio area to its bottom and middle tiers, and a further small grassed area to the top tier. Outside electric points garden furniture and festoon lighting mean guests can utilise and enjoy the outside social space during the day and evenings.

On the first floor you’ll find a twin bedroom whilst across the hall is a modern shower room and a further separate bathroom, both of which feature rainfall showers.

The second floor has two more bedrooms. one set up as a twin and the other as a super king.
If given good notice once booked we can gladly set up the beds as doubles or twins to accommodate your booking, but unless otherwise stated the configuration will be 2 twin 1 super king and a sofa bed.

Bedroom 2: twin room, 2 x 3ft single beds (can be made into a super king on request) bedside tables, wardrobe and chest of drawers, hanging rail.
Bedroom 3: super king bed (can be made into a twin room on request) bedside tables, wardrobe and chest of drawers, hanging rail.

PLEASE NOTE: a pre-authorised, refundable, security deposit will be required a week before arrival at the property. No money is taken unless damage is reported at the property within 14 days of departure.

This property can accept a maximum of 1 dogs. The charge is £35 per dog, per week and we kindly ask that you bring your own dog bedding. Please ensure that you correctly add your pet(s) when making your booking, so this additional cost is included. If it becomes apparent that you have brought a pet(s) with you but did not advise us, we will contact you to request payment separately.

Arrival time: 16.00 onwards / Departure time: 10:00 a.m.

If you give us good notice we can set up the beds as doubles or twins but unless otherwise stated the configuration will be 2 twin 1 double and a sofa bed.

There is no electric car charger on site and guests are prohibited from using the mains electric in the property to charge a car, unless agreed with the Owner of the property. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged without prior approval, then the guest may be charged an additional amount to cover the extra cost.

There is a strict no smoking policy.

Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels as necessary.

PARKING:There is free on street parking in York Street and surrounding roads. There is also the Brunswick Road, Long Stay car park only a 2 minute walk away, charges apply.

Bookings for hen and stag parties are not accepted.

Kindly be respectful of the property and the neighbours during your stay; leaving the property as you found it on your arrival.

A breach of the rules and guidelines could mean forfeiture of the Security Deposit.

Home to the oldest and biggest sailing Regatta in the world, Cowes is the number one destination for sailors during the Summer months.
Cowes also boasts a rich wealth of history and culture with its ‘twin’ East Cowes just across the Medina estuary by chain ferry.
Stroll through the vibrant town and enjoy independent shops and well-known yachting clothing stores, sit at a pavement café or have a restaurant lunch and people watch or enjoy a glass of something cold and watch the sun go down over the Solent before having dinner at some excellent pubs and restaurants.
Take yourself across the water to East Cowes via the chain ferry and enjoy a slice of great British history at Osborne; Queen Victoria’s seaside residence. Stroll along her beach and enjoy the walled garden and Swiss Cottage. It’s a wonderful spot for families or just to wander through on your own. There are cultural museums, events and galleries to enjoy on both sides of the Medina and you’ll notice the influence of Prince Albert’s ornate designs in the architecture of many houses and buildings.

Absolutely stunning property. Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, very well equipped kitchen, very comfortable, great location. The town centre is a short walk away, and is very quaint with some lovely shops and restaurants. Loved our stay here and hope to come back soon.

Really enjoy staying in this lovely 3 storey house, It has been carefully renovated to a high standard and very clean. The kitchen is modern and full of everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms are spacious with lovely shutters which helps on hot days. Myself, husband, 3 boys, mother and dog all enjoyed a weeks holiday here. Its within walking distance of Cowes and has a lovely garden with bbq and garden furniture and evening lights. Really relaxing. ( well maybe without kids! 😄)

The house is immaculate and everything you need is there, along with a lot more. Probably the best equipped house we have ever stayed in. Very comfortable beds and great showers too! Parking can be a bit of a challenge but the car park round the corner works well and you can update the parking on the App which means you don’t need to do the “8am omg Car park allowance has run out” dash! Very friendly pub at the end of the road and the town centre is literally 5 minutes walk away. Great location. We will be back!!

We had a fantastic stay . The house was immaculate and had clearly been recently refurbished to a really high standard . There was nothing the owners hadn’t thought of and the outside patio was a great spot to soak up the sun . The location of the property is ideal , right at the top of Cowes high street , so easy to walk into the town yet also in a quiet road so best of both worlds . Debbie was the perfect host and her communication was excellent . I would highly recommend this place and will be returning soon .
