Take a seat on the sumptuous sofas or open the full width doors to the patio to soak up the morning sun and to absorb the breath-taking views of the Solent, with Culver Down to the east and Dunose Point, Shanklin to the west.

Apartment 5 is located on the ground floor with private patio and garden overlooking the sea – communal gardens secured by glass balustrade leads to your private access to the coastal path. A 5-minute stroll along the Coastal path and you land at one of the top-rated beaches in the UK.

Sandown Bay offers golden sands, safe shallow waters, and its promenade provides plenty of long-established independent business run by Island families. An ice-cream or glass of something can break up the 20-minute amble to neighbouring Shanklin Bay. Along the revetment is also opportunity for many water sport activities including equipment hire and lessons.

To travel further afield the Island buses, stop 50 yds at the top of Grange Road. For trains it’s an equidistant 12-minute walk to Sandown or Lake train stations. For private cars the secure underground parking and plentiful visitor spaces within the gated entrance.
Within the apartment complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is fitted allowing access on personal devices as well as the four Wi-fi enabled televisions, 1 in each bedroom and a 55” in the living area. The heating is underfloor throughout and can be controlled room by room for your parties’ individual needs. Both front bedrooms have privacy glass, blackout blinds and floor length curtains.

Bedroom 1 - The master suite has a super king bed, en-suite bathroom with high pressure, multi head shower, basin, loo, and storage. A chest of drawers and Wardrobe provide storage for your belongings.

Bedroom 2 with the option of 2 singles or a super king (made up to your requirements) has direct access through patio doors to the private garden. Clothes storage is also provided. The extra en-suite to bedroom 2 comes with high pressure, multi head shower, basin, loo, and storage.

Bedroom 3 comfortably houses 2x single beds with associated personal storage.

Family bathroom contains a duel ended bath with shower hose, basin, and loo.

You are welcomed into the open plan living area with an Island hamper with IOW goodies. The well-equipped kitchen includes integral, double oven, induction hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, and freezer. Ground coffee machine and other std small appliances sit on the Corian worktops. The breakfast bar has integrated power and USB ports. The connecting dining table seats 6. 2 sofas allow lounge seating for 6 people and external dining set also seats 6.
