PLEASE NOTE: a pre-authorised, refundable, security deposit will be required a week before arrival at the property. No money is taken, unless damage is reported at the property within 14 days of departure.
Arrival time: 16.00 onwards / Departure time: 10:00
There is no electric car charger on site and guests are prohibited from using the mains electric in the property to charge a car, unless agreed with the Owner of the property. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged without prior approval, then the guest may be charged an additional amount to cover the extra cost.
Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels and cot linen as necessary.
There is a strict no smoking policy at this property.
Please be respectful of the property and the neighbours during your stay; leaving the property as you found it on your arrival.
A breach of the rules and guidelines could mean forfeiture of the Security Deposit.

I do not want to tell anybody about this place, because if it gets out it will be booked all the time.
The house is brilliant with everything you need for an amazing stay.

Stayed here over Christmas with family. The house was not only immaculate, but decorated beautifully for Christmas. We had everything we could have possibly needed. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

The house is excellent.
The soft furnishings are truly wonderful, comfortable beds, lovely fabrics and all so clean and new. High quality throughout.
The welcome pack was a complete surprise and provided us with breakfast every morning and some jam sandwich lunches too! Thank you.

We have just had a fantastic stay at Seagrass. It is even better than the pictures show, beautifully furnished and immaculate. Great location for the beach with a short walk through a park and down a hill path to the beach. The welcome pack was one of the best we’ve had and the house was extremely well kitted out with everything we could possibly need. Spoke to the neighbours on both sides during our stay who were very friendly. Garden was great for the dogs. Would really recommend.
