Bedroom 3: zip and lock super king bed (made up as twin beds on request), fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, Smart TV, wooden towel rail, rocking chair, porthole window and sea view
Bathroom: bath with overhead rain shower and shower attachment, hand basin, toilet, light up mirror and heated towel rail
Enclosed rear garden mainly laid to lawn, with a gate which opens directly onto the beach
Separate garage with private parking for up to 2 cars and bike storage
PLEASE NOTE: a pre-authorised, refundable, security deposit will be required a week before arrival at the property. No money is taken unless damage is reported at the property within 14 days of departure.
This property can accept a maximum of 2 dogs. The charge is £35 per dog, per week and we kindly ask that you bring your own dog bedding. Please ensure that you correctly add your pet(s) when making your booking, so this additional cost is included. If it becomes apparent that you have brought a pet(s) with you but did not advise us, we will contact you to request payment separately.
Arrival time: 16.00 onwards / Departure time: 10:00a.m.
Please be advised there is a narrow, steep path with several steps to climb down to reach the property entrance. This property is not suitable to guests with mobility issues.
The garage and private car parking spaces are not directly adjacent to the property.
Logs for the open fire included.
There is a strict no smoking policy.
Bookings for hen and stag parties are not accepted.
Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels and cot linen as necessary.
A breach of the rules and guidelines could mean forfeiture of the Security Deposit.

Place was amazing. Fantastic location, really couldn't be better. Spotlessly clean. Best equipped Air BnB kitchen I have used. Henry met us with a key and even helped with bags. The Island Holiday Company even helped us book ferries. Really would like to give 6 stars....!

Beautiful location with outstanding views. The property had everything we needed and more - from the well stocked kitchen, to the comfortable seating throughout the property, the new mattresses on the beds, a fun downstairs games room and useful utility room. Henry was a fantastic host who met us on arrival, left a very generous welcome pack in the fridge, and then checked in on us when we left. Many thanks for a lovely family holiday.

We had a magical time at Sandpipers, savouring meals overlooking the sea when we weren't in it or rock pooling! The house is generously equipped and very comfortable, a pleasure to have arrived to and spend a week there. We very much hope to visit again in future.
