PLEASE NOTE: a pre-authorised, refundable, security deposit will be required a week before arrival at the property. No money is taken unless damage is reported at the property within 14 days of departure.
Arrival time: 16.00 onwards / Departure time: 10:00 a.m.
There is no electric car charger on site and guests are prohibited from using the mains electric in the property to charge a car, unless agreed with the Owner of the property. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged without prior approval, then the guest may be charged an additional amount to cover the extra cost.
There is a strict no smoking policy.
Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels as necessary.
Bookings for hen and stag parties are not accepted.
Kindly be respectful of the property and the neighbours during your stay; leaving the property as you found it on your arrival.
A breach of the rules and guidelines could mean forfeiture of the Security Deposit.

Rowhill is a great modernised Victorian house for a mixed group of adults or a family with children. It is just a short downhill walk from all of Ventnor’s lovely quirky shops and eateries. You can also get to the beach through a path and some steps leading from a nearby road, although our dog wasn’t allowed on it as restricted access during summer months.
The house has a well equipped kitchen and an almost self contained lower ground floor which was great for our needs. The views across the rooftops from the main double bedroom to the sea are lovely. You cannot always park in the road outside the property but we always found a space on adjoining roads.
