Rowhill is a great modernised Victorian house for a mixed group of adults or a family with children. It is just a short downhill walk from all of Ventnor’s lovely quirky shops and eateries. You can also get to the beach through a path and some steps leading from a nearby road, although our dog wasn’t allowed on it as restricted access during summer months. The house has a well equipped kitchen and an almost self contained lower ground floor which was great for our needs. The views across the rooftops from the main double bedroom to the sea are lovely. You cannot always park in the road outside the property but we always found a space on adjoining roads.
