There is a parking space for 1 car at the front of property.
PLEASE NOTE: Island Fire Alarms will be undertaking a comprehensive test of the fire alarms on Wednesday 7th Feb 2024 between 12:30 - 13:30. The contractors WILL require access to the apartment.
PLEASE NOTE: a pre-authorised, refundable, security deposit will be required a week before arrival at the property. No money is taken unless damage is reported at the property within 14 days of departure.
Arrival time: 16.00 onwards / Departure time: 10:00a.m.
Please be advised, this apartment is on one level, accessed via the stairs at the rear of the building.
There is no electric car charger on site and guests are prohibited from using the mains electric in the property to charge a car, unless agreed with the Owner of the property. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged without prior approval, then the guest may be charged an additional amount to cover the extra cost.
There is a strict no smoking policy.
Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels and cot linen as necessary.
Kindly be respectful of the property and the neighbours during your stay; leaving the property as you found it on your arrival.
A breach of the rules and guidelines could mean forfeiture of the Security Deposit..

This was our first time in an Apartment rather than a hotel and we were more than impressed.
The property is only a short walk from the shops and seafront where the station, taxis and bus garage are all so convenient. We were very impressed with the amount of space and all the features and kitchen equipment.

Very enjoyable, pleasantly surprised
The location was great, 5 minutes from town shops etc and a few minutes to the beach and buses which we used. The flat was very clean, comfortable and extremely well equipped. We had everything we needed. We liked the little area outside with garden furniture. Even though it was a basement flat it was very light in all rooms. We had a lovely holiday.

Great place to get away for a couple of days. Really close to ferry terminal (we didn’t bring a car), easy walk to the beach and the town centre. The flat was clean and felt very cosy, bed super comfy

We had a very comfortable stay. The location of the apartment is just a 5 min walk from the beach and the high street is within 5 mins walking distance as well. The apartment was very spacious for the two of us, with all the required amenities. Check in, check out and communication throughout was smooth. Since we reached IoW earlier, we were allowed to check in 1 hour earlier. Will definitely book it again if we plan to stay in Ryde area next time.

My girlfriend and I came to the Isle of Wight from London for the Easter weekend and stayed at the apartment. we loved how local it was (Ferry from Portsmouth to Ryde took 20mins and the apartment is super close to where the ferry comes in!). it was incredibly clean, well prepared and there were easy to use instructions on how to use everything such as heaters and checking in etc. The apartment itself was very nice and bigger than we expected with a very cosy feel. Would highly recommend, had a great time!
