This brand new contemporary house, has been stylishly furnished with all the mod cons for a very comfortable holiday!

Upon entering, you will discover a lovely open plan space with a contemporary Kitchen with Breakfast Bar, Dining Area and Living Area with Smart TV. There is a well positioned Island with seating for 2, the perfect place to socialise whilst preparing your meals. There are integrated appliances to include gas hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer washing machine and dishwasher.

Downstairs WC and hand basin.

The Living and Dining areas are stylishly furnished with solid oak furniture. There is a smart TV and a door out onto a paved terrace with outside table and chairs, sofa and a sun lounger.

Upstairs you will find a lovely Double bedroom looking out to the front of the property with some stylish industrial locker storage cabinets for your belongings.

There is a king-size bedroom with a zip and link option of two 2’6 single beds, industrial locker style storage.

The main bedroom is a king room with the option to separate into 2 2’6 twin beds, industrial locker style storage. There is an en-suite shower room overhead shower and handheld shower attachment over, hand basin and WC.

Family bathroom includes a bath with overhead shower over with handheld attachment hand basin and WC.

To the rear is a stylish paved terrace with seating for 6, sun loungers as well as sofa seating. The perfect place to end your day, by relaxing in the Hot Tub.

Please be advised there are other properties still under construction, around/near to the property, which may give rise to some noise during the day.

Bathroom: bath with overhead shower, with handheld attachment, hand basin and toilet

OUTSIDE
Paved terrace with hot tub, exterior table and chairs, sofa and a sun lounger
Allocated parking for 2 cars, along with spaces for visitors on a first come first serve basis

ADDITIONAL:

PLEASE NOTE: The third phase of this development is now underway, therefore there are ongoing building works onsite, approx 20-30 meters away from the property. We have been informed the proposed works are to be scheduled between the hours of 8am to 4pm Monday – Friday.



PLEASE NOTE: a pre-authorised, refundable, security deposit will be required a week before arrival at the property. No money is taken unless damage is reported at the property within 14 days of departure.

Arrival time: 16.00 onwards / Departure time: 10:00a.m.

There is no electric car charger on site and guests are prohibited from using the mains electric in the property to charge a car, unless agreed with the Owner of the property. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged without prior approval, then the guest may be charged an additional amount to cover the extra cost.

There is a strict no smoking policy.

Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels as necessary.

Bookings for hen and stag parties are not accepted.

Kindly be respectful of the property and the neighbours during your stay; leaving the property as you found it on your arrival.

A breach of the rules and guidelines could mean forfeiture of the Security Deposit.

Location

Glorious Sandown Bay is on your doorstep, and voted one of the Island’s best beaches, providing a long stretch of sand and great swimming waters. Along this stretch you can see the red sandstone through to the white chalk of Culver cliff, and it is around here that fossil remains can be found.Sandham Garden’s play area is just across the road from the apartment with go karting sky nets and crazy golf and children’s play area. A short flat walk further along towards Yaverland, and you will also find the Wild Heart Animal Sanctuary.

The town of Sandown is brimming with attractions to entertain visitors, most of them right on the beach front itself, so you never have to stray too far from the golden sands. Should you enjoy a coastal walk, you can walk the length of Sandown Bay from Yaverland past the Pier along the seaside revetment all the way to the popular neighbouring town of Shanklin. If you are keen on an active holiday, the bay is hugely popular with water-sports, and you’ll certainly see people paddle boarding, surfing, catamaran and dingy sailing, windsurfing and kite surfing, depending on the weather.

There are numerous attractions to discover for all ages on this beautiful sunny island. The Needles landmark attraction is a must see, with its chairlift, amusement park, boat rides, lighthouse and coloured sands of Alum Bay. Why not pay a visit to Queen Victoria’s favourite holiday residence, Osborne House and Gardens, or perhaps Blackgang Chine, the oldest themed attraction in the UK.

A superb stay - extremely comfortable accommodation and great location. We loved Jolly's - the facilities were amazing and the hot tub was a real winner! The location was amazing for us, literally round the corner from the beach and high street. Yes they are still building around the location, however noise was minimal and we really didn't notice it all. A superb stay, thank you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jolly’s. The house is modern, comfortably furnished, well equipped and was very clean. The hot tub was a real bonus as was being so close to the long sandy beach. There is quite a bit to do on the doorstep to entertain the children, when we could get them off the beach.

Was a good location next to Sandown Gardens so lots for the kids to do in easy reach. House was immaculate and the hot tub a real bonus.

Very nice new clean property to relax on and have as a base on the Island . We would definitely recommend. Property was very clean, had everything you need, good quality, nice position on outskirts of Sandown but close enough to walk to restaurants and shops easily .
