The property is ideal for couples or a small family to enjoy a break in this part of the island.

Ryde is the largest town on the Isle of Wight easily reachable from the mainland and has a great eclectic selection of boutique shops, museum’s and galleries.

Internally you have a modern open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with floor to ceiling windows to the front of the apartment which offer you a great view looking down Union Street with the Solent beyond at the rear of the dining area you have access out onto the roof terrace garden, in addition there are two bedrooms a double room with en-suite shower and a twin room with accompanying family bathroom on the 1st floor.

it is worth noting the apartment does not have private parking and there are parking restrictions in the road. However whilst parking directly outside the apartment can be difficult, there is free on road parking availability in the neighbouring streets and multiple long term pay and display car parks nearby to use around Ryde..

ADDITIONAL:

PLEASE NOTE: a pre-authorised, refundable, security deposit will be required a week before arrival at the property. No money is taken unless damage is reported at the property within 14 days of departure.

Arrival time: 16.00 onwards / Departure time: 10:00a.m.

There is a strict no smoking policy.

There is no electric car charger on site and guests are prohibited from using the mains electric in the property to charge a car, unless agreed with the Owner of the property. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged without prior approval, then the guest may be charged an additional amount to cover the extra cost.

Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels as necessary.

Bookings for hen and stag parties are not accepted.

Kindly be respectful of the property and the neighbours during your stay; leaving the property as you found it on your arrival.

A breach of the rules and guidelines could mean forfeiture of the Security Deposit.

Please be advised this property is located in a busy urban area, although the property is secondary glazed there are multiple restaurants and pubs located nearby which may give rise to some noise during the day and night. We advise that the property is not suited to children under the age of 5, due to the floor to ceiling glass windows on the 2nd floor of the property.

Location

Located in the popular seaside town of Ryde with its host of vibrant shops, bars, restaurants and cafés, it’s just a short stroll down the road to the beach, where the vast stretches of sand offer you fantastic views across the Solent to Portsmouth. Here, the landmark Spinnaker Tower forms an impressive backdrop. Along the promenade, you will find tennis courts, ten pin bowling, a fun fair, canoe lake and a swimming pool, providing plenty to do within the local area. You can also enjoy the scenic coastal walks, go sailing, fishing, horse riding, golf or even go-karting, all of which are easily accessible from the property.
Ryde is known as the gateway to the island as it can be easily reached within just two hours directly from London Waterloo via train, which connects with the island’s catamaran and hovercraft services via Portsmouth and Southsea. Mainland motorways also connect directly with car ferry ports located at nearby Fishbourne or East Cowes.

Perfect base for exploring Isle of Wight Loved this apartment, it was super comfortable, stylish and clean and the perfect location as it was right next to all the shops and restaurants with a bus stop right outside and the train station and ferries down the road. The company were brilliant with communication and super friendly and we'd definitely return. Loved having the dishwasher and being able to eat in as well as out.
