The accommodation comprises a beautifully showcased open plan living space, comprising Lounge Area, Dining Area and a Kitchen with Breakfast Bar.
The perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the Isle of Wight or sunning yourself on the beach below, the industrial style dining table is perfectly positioned to capture the views.
There is a contemporary handleless kitchen fitted with all of the essential appliances you will need for your stay. There are integrated appliances including a larder fridge and freezer, microwave and single oven. There is a gas hob and integrated dishwasher along with a breakfast bar with seating.
On the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms, all offering the option as a twin bedroom or as a super king bed.

On the 1st floor you will find the stunning Open Plan Living Area, with Dining Area and Kitchen Area with breakfast bar. This wonderfully presented Open Plan space commands a whole floor of the house. The living area has colourful sofas where you can relax and enjoy the sea views from the window and patio doors through to the balcony. The balcony offers stunning views of the bay, over towards Shanklin and also Culver cliffs. This is the place to relax at the end of the day enjoying a tipple or two while sitting on the bar stalls and listening to the waves landing on the shores below.
There is a desk area for those who wish to enjoy a working holiday, which is positioned to enjoy the views through the patio doors. There is high speed broadband installed throughout the property.
The dining table can seat up to 10 and offers views in both directions, the sea to the front and the downs views to the rear.
On the top floor there is a King-size bedroom with patio doors leading onto its own private balcony, offering beautiful views over the Brading Downs in the distance. There is a flat screen smart TV.
Ensuite shower with overhead fitting and handheld attachment, sink and toilet.
King-sized bedroom with uninterrupted views from a large balcony with L-shaped sofa and 2 sun loungers. It also has its own bathroom with overhead shower and separate handheld attachment, sink and toilet, situated off the hallway.
The lower ground floor gives access to the rear with parking for 2 vehicles and the artificial lawn area.
The property is heated by underfloor heating with individual room controls for your comfort.
Linen and towels are supplied for your stay, please bring your own beach towels.
