Shower room: walk-in double width shower, pedestal wash basin, toilet and heated towel rail.
Small balcony at the front of the property accessed off the lounge area, there is a parking space for 1 car at the rear of property. In addition,there is a pay and display car park in Brunswick Road behind the property.
PLEASE NOTE: a pre-authorised, refundable, security deposit will be required a week before arrival at the property. No money is taken unless damage is reported at the property within 14 days of departure.
Arrival time: 16.00 onwards / Departure time: 10:00a.m.
Please be advised, this apartment is on one level, accessed via the communal stairs.
There is no electric car charger on site and guests are prohibited from using the mains electric in the property to charge a car, unless agreed with the Owner of the property. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged without prior approval, then the guest may be charged an additional amount to cover the extra cost.
There is a strict no smoking policy.
Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels and cot linen as necessary.
Bookings for hen and stag parties are not accepted.
Kindly be respectful of the property and the neighbours during your stay; leaving the property as you found it on your arrival.
A breach of the rules and guidelines could mean forfeiture of the Security Deposit.
