Briar Bank is a stunning Victorian House and the perfect place to stay for those looking for a family home from home getaway. This characterful property boasts original cornicing, charming high ceilings with original fireplaces.
The Lounge will be the perfect place for all the family to relax and unwind after a day exploring the Island, furnished with comfortable sofas, TV with free view and DVD player.
There is a second reception room with a Sofa Bed, sleeping 2 and additional TV & DVD.
The kitchen/diner is fitted with modern shaker units, built in fan oven with gas hob. There is a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle.
Within the kitchen is a dining area with seating up to 4 guests and a breakfast bar to seat 3.
There is a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Opposite the utility room is a WC with hand basin.
Upstairs there are modern 3 bedrooms, a spacious master bedroom with a super king bed, a large king size bed and a smaller room with bunk beds which are suitable for children only.
There is also generous sized Family Bathroom which includes a corner bath, mixer tap and shower attachment over, a separate shower unit, toilet with his and hers hand basins.
To the rear of the property there is a fully enclosed garden, with table and chairs for you to enjoy your evenings.
There is driveway parking for 1-2 cars. This can be accessed via Scinde Crescent. Due to the width of the road and access, it might be difficult to manoeuvre larger vehicles.
This property can accept a maximum of 2 dogs an additional charge of £30 per week.
