Shower room: shower cubicle with rainfall shower, toilet, wash basin and heated towel rail, washing machine.
Bedroom 2: twin room 2x 3ft single beds, (can be made into a super king on request) hanging rail, tall chest of drawers, bedsie cabinet
Enclosed courtyard, with garden furniture and BBQ.
PLEASE NOTE: a pre-authorised, refundable, security deposit will be required a week before arrival at the property. No money is taken, unless damage is reported at the property within 14 days of departure.
Please also be advised that this property is located extremely close to the floating bridge which runs between Cowes and East Cowes which will give rise to some noise.

There is no electric car charger on site and guests are prohibited from using the mains electric in the property to charge a car, unless agreed with the Owner of the property. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged without prior approval, then the guest may be charged an additional amount to cover the extra cost.
Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels and cot linen as necessary.
There is a strict no smoking policy at this property.
Please be respectful of the property and the neighbours during your stay; leaving the property as you found it on your arrival.
A breach of the rules and guidelines could mean forfeiture of the Security Deposit.
