There is one allocated parking space in the development car park. Additional street parking can be found nearby.
PLEASE NOTE: a pre-authorised, refundable, security deposit will be required a week before arrival at the property. No money is taken, unless damage is reported at the property within 14 days of departure.

There is a strict no smoking policy at this property.
Hen and stag parties are not permitted.
The lower ground floor terrace can be accessed from both bedrooms i.e. shared access
Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels as necessary.
Please be advised there are external stairs and ramp to access the entrance, which is on the first floor level of the building.
Be respectful of the property and the neighbours during your stay; leaving the property as you found it on your arrival.
A breach of the rules and guidelines could mean forfeiture of the Security Deposit.
